He has worked extensively on the integration of technology in education, capacity building, and youth empowerment initiatives to drive meaningful impact and social change.
Before joining DOT, Walid held various leadership roles in thematically diverse development organizations, where he contributed to the design and implementation of ICT-based solutions for pressing global challenges. He is well-versed in coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and the private sector, to create and scale sustainable programs.
Walid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a strong background in digital transformation, social development, IT systems and emerging technologies.
