Kathy Durand

Kathy brings more than fifteen years of experience in the field of international development, with particular focus on program development and management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development and gender equality. She has lived and worked in more than 10 countries globally, including three years as Deputy Country Director on a DFATD project in Ghana and four years as an advisor to DFATD on multilateral and governance issues. Kathy has led global results and gender initiatives at DOT since 2011. She holds a Masters of Integrated Studies, Work, Organization and Leadership from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
