Dedicated and resourceful development programmer who’s worked, traveled and lived in Africa and Asia over the last 30 years. In the last five years has worked with USAID/Ethioipa’s humanitarian and management services offices.

Prior to joining USAID worked for Canada’s Program Support Unit (now ECCO) serving CIDA’s Horn of Africa program. Namibia was a highlight with OXFAM Canada. Specializes in capacity building and strategic development for emerging local institutions and organization in: micro credit and savings, housing, income generation, rural development, health and HIV/AIDs, education and gender as a cross-cutting theme. Trained and studied: programming management and administration, financial planning, communications, organizational development and languages (Chinese Mandarin among them).
