Marc headed the YMCA team that implemented DOT’s NetCorps Lebanon pilot project in five villages of Lebanon in 2003. Many of the lessons learned and recommendations of the pilot were introduced in the present Income Generation Through ICT for Development project; Marc is presently facilitating its implementation in close cooperation with the partners and stakeholders. As a management consultant, his involvement with technology, ICT4D in particular, extends to different fields like marketing, education, and visualization. His keen interest in development and his collaboration skills, to leverage the partners’ goals and resources to cause a change at grassroots level, have played a determining role in the programs he handles.
